The Q.C. division in our unit is equipped with the latest equipments and techniques of testing the material from the raw cotton stage to the finished goods. The facilities are the best in the industry. Strict quality control is maintained at all levels and the personals are well qualified and trained in their jobs. All the staff is required to follow strict quality control measures to bring the optimum level of performance in the quality.

Safety and Environment Standards

M/s Gupta Threads Ltd. is following the strict safety and environment standards in the unit. The company has installed fire fighting equipments consisting of chemical based and water hydrant system in the unit.

The company has been set up in 5 acres of land, which includes about 1 acre of lush green lawn and plantation in the unit which gives a very aesthetic view of the unit. We are complying with all the safety and environment standards.

M/s Gupta Threads Ltd. is manufacturing open end cotton yarn ranging from counts NE 7 to 28 from the finest cotton around the world. We assure that the yarn meets with most stringent quality standards. The quality of the yarn produced is as per 5% user level standards. As a result, our product has carved a ‘niche’ for itself and commands a premium in the market.

• High Quality Weaving and Knitting Yarn.: our yarn sold under the brand name ‘GTL’ and our count range 7NE to 28NE with CSP range 1250 to 2000.
• Packing Details: We provide carton and bag packing as per customer requirement. We can also deliver small and large lot sizes as per the customer requirement.
